All items are carefully prepared and shipped from Japan.

Due to the size, weight, and craftsmanship of many of our pieces, international shipping costs are not included at checkout. Final shipping charges will be calculated individually based on destination, size, and insurance requirements, and will be confirmed and invoiced separately after your order is placed.

We ensure that each item is securely packed to meet international shipping standards.

As many of our items are handmade or individually prepared, processing times may range from several days to a few weeks.

Delivery Time

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can affect delivery schedules.

Delivery Service

Orders are shipped from Japan using reputable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, EMS, or equivalent insured services, depending on the size and nature of the item.

All high-value shipments are fully insured.

Customs Duties & VAT

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes imposed by local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

Please note that we ship on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis unless otherwise agreed.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
