Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Many of our items are handcrafted, made-to-order, limited in production, or prepared individually upon purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We kindly ask that you review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographs of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • Any visible damage

We will carefully review the issue and, if applicable, arrange an appropriate resolution.

Please note that damage caused after delivery, improper handling, or normal aging of materials does not qualify for return or replacement.

International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties, VAT, and other import taxes are non-refundable.

Shipping charges, once invoiced and paid, are also non-refundable.
